Very important is also regular exercise which increases digestion and increases the emptying of the stomach what also helps to maintain the healthy body weight.
To relieve the symptoms of stomach diseases can be also used some herbal remedies such as chamomile tea, while minor stomach problems can be also treated with some medications which are available over-the-counter such as antacids and H2-receptor antagonists. However, if the stomach problems after self-treatment do not improve or worsen is necessary to visit a doctor.
